i am overwhelmed. it has been a not a bad start to the school year...just (very very very) overwhelming...and (very very very) frustrating. i am *trying* to convince myself it will be better tomorrow....i am not a great job at the convincing part. sigh. 2 days down--178 to go.

- i love organization and order. i think birds are completely disgusting. i teach middle school and have been informed by my 7th/8th grade students that the world is going to end in 2012. they are aliens...they are probably right. i am addicted to the internet and i don't care that it is sucking my brains out. i have an obsession with anything by or about jane austen. i read the obituaries in my hometown newspaper online daily. i like tea. when it rains is the only time my car gets washed. i am trying to figure out what it means to be a single girl in your mid-20's...and how to avoid becoming eleanor abernathy. ...this is life.
