Happy New Year!

Can you believe it? The holidays are almost over and it's time to start fresh.  Experts say that resolutions tend to only stick for 2 weeks so my goal this year is to pick resolutions that are obtainable and to stick with it! Like make an effort to smile once a day. I think I can do that and it will make me happier and better able to tackle other resolutions on my list!
