Thank you Utah Kids Club and Tomoson for sending me and my two boys to the Winter Palooza at the South Towne Exp in Sandy, UT! We had a ton of fun.

The Winter Palooza was today, Saturday Jan 24 and it is something they do every year, if you missed it this time, plan for next year. My boys loved it.  In fact, when I asked what their favorite thing was, they said everything!

There were activities for children of all ages, and great family friendly vendors, as well as information booths with FREE goodies.

Included with the ticket:

Rockwall (we went here first and stayed as long as they would let us!)

Rappeling Rope Course (long wait but helped my oldest overcome his fear of heights, thank you      harness!)

Laser Tag Dome (Another favorite, and would have gone back more times had the lines been smaller)
Dart Tag Arena (Where has this been my whole life? Brilliant!)

Jungle Jumparoo
Strider Bike Course
Drum Bus (We liked this one so much we had to go back twice, good thing I got pictures the first    time it was completely full the second time)

This booth kept the boys entertained for over 45 minutes! Super fun :)

The shows were fun although we didn't get to see all of them:

And they had a full host of characters there for FREE photo opps.

Snow Princesses Elsa and Ana, Cinderella, Mermaids, Pocahontas, Tinker Bell... My boys were more interested in the more masculine characters so those are just the ones I remember seeing, there were several more there.

We saw Batman, Spiderman, Captain America, Ironman, Star Lord, and others walking around we didn't go actually visit with.

We had a great time and when I asked my boys if it was worth driving two hours there and back, the answer was an emphatic yes!

I was excited to receive my first Vox Box and to try out the fun things that came.  I really love the eye shadow and the lip gloss though at first scared me, I don't usually go for bright shinny gold lip color, is actually not as bad as I thought it would be.  The puffs are gone already.  The only things I haven't used are the mini duck tape roll and the skinny cow candy.  As many of you know I am not a huge peanut butter fan so the Skinny Cow Peanut Butter Creme Divine Filled Chocolates don't really call my name, but my son loves peanut butter so I know he will not mind taking that box for me!  The duck tape roll I got was a bring purple cheetah print and in a house full of boys I'm just not sure where to use it yet, I'll come up with something, I just haven't had that ah-ha moment yet... So Thank you Influenster for my FREE Goodies! Love them :)

What's a VoxBox?

So you've heard about our famous VoxBoxes, and want to know more?

VoxBoxes are boxes filled with complimentary products from your favorite (or soon-to-be-favorite) brands. Not all Voxboxes are created equal: some programs feature an assortment of products while others will spotlight one awesome brand. But make no mistake: All VoxBoxes are created awesome!

How do I qualify for a VoxBox?

Here's how it works: A select group of Influensters receive FREE themed product shipments based on the Expert Badges they have unlocked, their overall Influenster score, demographics, and, well, good old fashioned luck!

Members with high scores -- within the specific badge we are targeting at the time -- are prioritized, which is all the more reason to get your Influenster and Expert Badge scores high. This ensures members receive products that match their interests.

How do I increase my score?

As a member, you prove your influence by gaining Expert Badges and show how you live by earning LifeStage Badges...both of which are won in a variety of ways, such as: completing surveys, writing reviews, creating videos, and engaging in other social media.

As a member, am I guaranteed a VoxBox?

No. Each VoxBox is sent to members based on different criteria. There are, however, ways to increase your chances of being selected. High Influenster and Expert scores, an active profile, and good performance in past programs can all benefit you, but no member is guaranteed a box.

How often does Influenster send out VoxBoxes?

Influenster sends out multiple VoxBoxes featuring various brands every month. You'll increase your chances of being selected for both types of boxes by maintaining high Influenster and Expert Badge scores.

What's a VirtualVox?

A VirtualVox is a digital challenge housed entirely online. By completing a series of activities on social media and unlocking the badge, invited members stand to win prizes from the brand behind the challenge.

What are these "badges" everyone keeps talking about? 

Influenster has 3 types of badges:

Expert Badges:Every member is given 5 keys to unlock Expert Badges. Expert Badges reflect areas you know a lot about. For example, if you know your way around a pantry, you might want to unlock the Tastebud Badge for foodies. Or, if you can pitch a tent and fend off bears, you might want to score the Mosquito Badge for outdoorsy types!

The list goes on - but remember, you only get 5 keys, so choose wisely! Your Expert Badges will impact for what kind of programs you're selected.

Lifestage Badges:Lifestage Badges reflect who you are and where you are in your life. Unlike Expert Badges, these badges are not limited in quantity, so feel free to go after all that represent you.

Brand Badges:Finally, when invited to a VoxBox or VirtualVox program, members can earn Brand Badges. By completing a series of activities on social media and unlocking the badge, invited members stand to win prizes from the brand hosting the challenge.

What do I do if I'm not in a VoxBox program?

In Influenster Nation, there's no such thing as boredom... there's always something to do!
