Blackberry and Pork Tenderloin Spinach Salad
2 cups baby spinach leaves2 Tbsp crumbled feta cheese
2 Tbsp sliced candied almonds
1/4 cup fresh washed blackberries
1/4 cup fully cooked pork tenderloin, diced
2 Tbsp white balsamic vinaigrette
This makes enough for a single serving. Layer salad ingredients in a medium bowl or on a 8" plate and enjoy.
